- Passed the Intermediate (Std.XII) examination from UP Board or its equivalent examination with subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics and secured minimum 50% marks.

- Diploma holders (directly to second year of B Pharma) who have passed the diploma course in Pharmacy, with minimum of 50% marks from the Polytechnic affiliated to BTEUP and AICTE approved autonomous Polytechnics or equivalent.
